We are currently looking for a Junior People Manager to join our team in Porto, with a hybrid work model.

Your mission as a Junior People Manager:

• Support the onboarding and integration of new consultants;
• Assist in maintaining regular contact and follow-ups with consultants to promote engagement and well-being;
• Collaborate in mapping development needs and career aspirations;
• Help prepare and track individual development plans;
• Work alongside the Senior People Manager and Business Managers to ensure alignment between people and projects;
• Participate in internal engagement and retention initiatives;
• Contribute to a strong, inclusive, and people-centered culture.

We look for people with:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or similar;
• Up to 2 years of experience in People Management, Talent Management, or HR-related roles (internships included);
• Interest in the IT sector and motivation to grow in the consultancy context;
• Good communication and relational skills, with a genuine interest in people development;
• Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and willingness to learn;
• Capacity to support and follow up on consultants' well-being and growth paths;
• Fluent in English.
