Description

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates;
• Oversee the recruitment and on-boarding process;
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives;
• Plan and organise employee events, recognition programs, and team-building
  activities;
• Provide guidance and support to heads of and employees on matters related to
  employee relations, organisational culture, and HR best practices;
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts;
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations;
  
• Manage employee benefits, compensation, and HR policies;
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field;
• At least 4 years of HR management experience;
• Fluent in English;
• Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes and building high performing teams;
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives;
• Passionate about promoting employee happiness, well-being and engagement.
