About the role
At Four Seasons Hotel Madrid we are looking for a dynamic People & Culture Coordinator to join our team! The role of the People & Culture Coordinator is to support human resources operations by assisting with recruitment activities, managing employee engagement initiatives, coordinating internal communications, and organizing events that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role helps ensure smooth HR processes and contributes to building strong relationships both within the organization and with external partners. 

What you will do

  • Assist in the recruiting process, including job posting, screening, interviews, reference check and offer letters.   

  • Manage the hotel internship program, including candidate selection, administration of agreements with universities, participation in campus recruitment, and enhancing interns’ experience through events and performance follow-up. 

  • Maintain applicant and employee tracking systems with accurate and up-to-date candidate information. 

  • Support recruitment marketing efforts, including Bootcamps, Talent Days, campus recruitment programs, and employer branding initiatives. 

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with organizations and associations by developing a social action strategy. 

  • Coordinate the monthly strategy for the wellbeing program (actions and initiatives). 

  • Develop the hotel’s internal communication, ensuring that the latest news (promotions, recognitions, new hires, birthdays, etc.) is announced promptly across the different channels. 

  • Coordinate internal events (Townhall, Night Owl Breakfast, Direct Line): booking meeting rooms, tracking attendance, and overall event coordination. 

What you bring

  • Proven experience of at least 1 year working in People & Culture within the hospitality industry, preferably in Talent Acquisition. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with candidates and employees. 

  • Strong time management skills: ability to multitask, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. 

  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 

  • Experience managing internship programs, university relations, or campus recruiting is a plus. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position.
