Description
Responsabilities:
? Calculating overtime; shift payments; sales commissions and bonuses.
? Accounting, distributing and preparing taxes and deductions.
? Mantaining payroll reccords.
? Preparing and distributing pay information to employees.
? Answering questions from HR transversal professionals regarding payroll matters by also providing clear understanding on processes and applicable governance.
? Ensure the good technical knowledge of the Payroll and Time Management tools.
Profile
Experience in Human Resources - Contractual and administrative relations - Payroll - Human resources knowledge
Attention to detail/rigor, Ability to deliver/Results driven
Ability to understand, explain and support change
Analytical Ability
English (Advanced or Fluent)
