A leading multinational company is looking for a Payroll Manager (M/F/D) to join their team in Lisbon.
Your new job
Reporting to the Head of HR, this professional will be responsible for managing payroll vendors and overseeing the processing of global payrolls to ensure all transactions are processed timely and accurately. You will define and implement a global payroll strategy that includes integrations and automations. Additionally, will ensure compliance with statutory and legal regulations in the countries where our client operates. This role is responsible for all payroll-related compliance, regulatory reporting, and communications to employees. This talent will lead the compensation area and manage a team.
What do you need to be succeed
A professional with 5–10 years of experience in international payroll and HR systems. Experience with vendor management and continuous process improvement is also valued. Fluency in English is a must, along with knowledge of Sage or other HRIS systems. Attention to detail is key to success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a communicative, dynamic, and resilient profile with a taste for challenges.
