This role will support with all Administrative payroll tasks related to specific projects for the People team. This job will play a pivotal role in managing various administrative tasks integral to our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing people's project related payroll accurately and on time.
- Managing employee records with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assisting with payroll-related queries and issues.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
What you'll need to succeed
- Human Resources degree or similar
- Professional experience of 2 years in payroll roles
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in using various payroll software and systems.
- Solid understanding of payroll processes and procedures.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and communicative.
- A keen eye for detail.
- The capability to manage tasks independently, while also being a team player.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
