Description
The Payroll and Benefits team consists of 10 people, is integrated into our GBS organisation and has the following main tasks:
Executing the monthly payroll for the company's active and retired employees in collaboration;
Processing time management data;
Processing the company's pension scheme;
Designing new processes in addition to the monthly Payroll operations. Opportunity to play an active role in many interesting global projects and contribute significantly to the success of our company;
Living contact with employees, interface departments, authorities and health insurance.
Profile
University degree or equivalent in Human Resources or equivalent through experience
Relevant professional experience in payroll processing in an international company, preferably in the chemical industry or in a manufacturing company;
Fluent in written and spoken German and good level of English;
Solid knowledge of German payroll tax and social security legislation;
Knowledge of time management;
Knowledge of HR and Payroll related tools (SAP HR, Success Factors and similar tools);
Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google tools, especially Excel.
