Quadrante Group is recruiting a Payroll & Administrative Specialist to join the Financial Team
As a leading engineering and consultancy group with a strong international footprint, Quadrante offers a dynamic and structured environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing while providing administrative support across HR-related processes, including invoice registration and control.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure monthly payroll processing, including salaries, allowances, overtime, absences, and benefits;
- Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor, tax, and social security legislation related to payroll.
- Prepare and submit mandatory payroll-related legal declarations (Social Security, Tax Authority, statutory reports);
- Liaise with external entities such as payroll providers, Social Security, Tax Authority, insurers, and service providers;
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll and administrative processes;
- Support invoice control, follow-up, and internal validation workflows;
- Register, validate, and organize supplier invoices in internal systems, ensuring correct documentation and allocation;
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation in line with internal procedures.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Human Resources or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and/or administrative roles within finance or shared services;
- Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor and payroll legislation;
- Experience with payroll systems and invoice registration processes;
- Strong Excel skills;
- Good level of English (written and spoken);
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail;
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a structured environment.
