Description
The Strategic Partnerships & Experience Manager will be responsible for designing and activating high-impact partnerships with corporate entities, social innovation networks, and host communities. The role combines strategic vision, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence to deliver transformative experiences.
- Designing and implementing integrated experiences for program participants, in collaboration with corporate and social partners;
- Managing and expanding the corporate partnership portfolio, ensuring strategic investment and long-term value;
- Activating networks aligned with the organization's mission to broaden participants' exposure and opportunities;
- Leading strategic events with key stakeholders to enhance visibility and institutional recognition;
- Developing and managing a network of host families, ensuring alignment with participant profiles and ambitions;
- Measuring and reporting performance and satisfaction across all stakeholders, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Profile
- Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or impact-driven programs;
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level engagement skills;
- Results-oriented with a track record of delivering high-quality experiences;
- Experience in planning and leading institutional events;
- Proficiency in data reporting tools (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
