Description

• Supervise the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal policies.
• Lead and mentor a team to achieve department objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve P2P-related queries.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Support process improvement initiatives within the P2P function.
• Maintain compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Provide training and support to team members as needed.

Profile

• Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
• Strong experience in Procure-to-Pay processes within the healthcare industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
