Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a globally recognised organisation? We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented P2P Specialist to join our Shared Services Centre.

Your new role 

As a key member of the Procure-to-Pay team, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming purchase orders and ensuring timely processing.
• Handling shipment and invoicing incidents, ensuring swift resolution.
• Reporting operational issues directly to the Area Manager.
• Maintaining and updating customer records, ensuring compliance with internal service processes and guidelines.
• Communicating with clients via email and phone to provide exceptional service and support.

 
What do you need to succeed?

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a Shared Services or Customer Service environment.
• Background in the healthcare sector is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in English (minimum intermediate level) is required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Navision.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a proactive, resilient, and team-oriented mindset.
