Description

• Oversee and monitor Portfolio Management and Registration delegated activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements;
• Review and challenge the quality and completeness of portfolio-related processes and controls performed by operational teams and external providers;
• Monitor portfolio data, investment restrictions, regulatory limits, and registration-related activities through periodic reviews and reporting;
• Assess key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and incident reports to identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement;
• Coordinate due diligence reviews and ongoing oversight of delegates and service providers involved in Portfolio Management and Registration processes;
• Prepare oversight reports, management information, and analytical summaries for senior management and governance committees;
• Support the implementation and enhancement of oversight frameworks, procedures, and control documentation;
• Contribute to regulatory assessments and ensure adherence to applicable fund regulations and governance standards;
• Support the execution of AML/CFT checks and regulatory assessments, as required;
• Ensure adherence to AIFMD, UCITS V, and CSSF Circular 18/698 requirements.

Profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• 2-5 years of experience within the asset management or fund industry;
• Strong understanding of portfolio management processes, fund operations, and financial markets;
• Good understanding of the UCITS and AIFMD frameworks;
• Experience analysing financial data, investment portfolios, performance reports, or regulatory fund reporting;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify risks and challenge outcomes effectively;
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Team-oriented mindset combined with the ability to work independently;
• Fluency in English.
