You will support our international Asset and Wealth Management clients with the distribution of their investment funds across global markets, with some limited European travel (Luxembourg, UK, Ireland).

Description

• Fund Setup Support: Work with external partners (like platforms and data providers) to prepare funds for market distribution.
• Data Monitoring: Check and verify fund data on platforms like Broadridge and FE Fundinfo to ensure accuracy.
• Document Management: Oversee the publication and updates of key documents (e.g., KIIDs, prospectuses).
• Data Quality Checks: Run regular checks and reconciliations to ensure data is consistent across systems.
• Cross-Border Coordination: Help manage fund registrations in different countries and ensure compliance with local rules.
• Product Updates: Support changes such as fund launches, closures, or mergers by updating registrations and fund data.
• Query Handling: Respond to questions about fund data and documents, working with internal and external teams to resolve issues quickly
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients and external service providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Process Improvement & Automation: Assist in enhancing data oversight processes and contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives. Work with Technology resources, both internal and external, to automate data ingestion where possible.

Profile

• Knowledge and experience of the Asset Management industry, particularly in an operational / distribution support role or function would be a plus
• Fluent in English with a very high standard of written communication
