You will be a part of the Hays tech team working on the Development of the IT Infrastructure of a major international Insurance company, impacting directly on the next step of their digitalization
Your Tasks
Develop and maintain high-quality Outsystems Solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Test and debug applications to ensure high-quality performance
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
What you'll need to succeed
Ability to adapt to different technological and organizational environments;
Ease of learning and intellectual curiosity;
Strong sense of responsibility;
Good level of communication and team spirit;
Dynamism, proactivity, and autonomy; Necessary experience/knowledge:
Higher education in Computer Engineering or equivalent;
Minimum experience of 3 years in the analysis of functional and technical specifications, and implementation of Information Systems;
Minimum experience of 2 years on the Outsystems platform and deep knowledge of the platform;
Experience in the development of Web applications, particularly Reactive Web;
Experience in the development of Responsive Design solutions;
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, AJAX development techniques;
Proficient knowledge of JavaScript and JQuery or any other JavaScript Library;
Experience in XML, XSLT, XSD, and XQuery;
Good knowledge of TSQL (Microsoft SQL Server); Preferred experience/knowledge:
Knowledge of DB2;
Autonomous programmer in MS .Net, more specifically in C#;
Outsystems “Professional Developer” or “Expert Developer” certification;
Experience or knowledge in the development of native applications for IOS and/or Android;
Fluent knowledge of the English language;
