Ferring is opening an IT Center of Excellence (CoE) in Lisbon, Portugal, to build and operate a new global ERP platform and we are looking to attract qualified and motivated candidates. To enable Ferring to keep up with new demands, changes and business needs, we are now recruiting a professional team that will implement the new ERP in countries throughout the world as well as its central and support functions. The ERP program is expected to run for at least four years and the scope of the new team’s work will include global implementation, as well as on-going operation and maintenance. In addition, the IT CoE in Lisbon will be an integral part of Ferring’s Global IT Function.

Your new role

The OCM Support will be responsible for supporting the implementation, delivery and deployment of the change and communications strategy on a global level for OneERP together with the Global OCM Lead. The successful candidate will work along with the Global Process Owners and the Global Training Lead to support the delivery of

 the change and communications plan, working collaboratively across OneERP to support the creation of the change network from Leaders to Employees. You will contribute to the delivery of the global communication’s strategy which will inform relevant stakeholders of the appropriate information at the appropriate time to enable understanding and cooperation for the global implementation of the project. The successful candidate

will also contribute to the delivery of the communications’ strategy for functions and guide function leads in their development of a functional communication approach. The candidate will also monitor the effectiveness of the various change and communications activities to ensure effectiveness, quality and scope and participate and contribute to the Ferring Change Management Community of Practice (CoP), bringing and sharing best practices and associated methodologies and tools to be incorporated into Ferring’s Framework.

What you will need to be succeed

Ferring is looking for a talented professional with relevant education in Business/HR or related subject or OCM background. Three to five years’ experience in best practice OCM approaches in a global project is required. The Candidate shall have understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and proven strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and encourage people, strong project management skills and strong time management skills.
