Description

• Lead and develop a finance operations team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture;
• Oversee end-to-end Order-to-Cash activities, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and achievement of agreed performance targets;
• Monitor key operational metrics and drive actions to maintain service excellence and stakeholder satisfaction;
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and best-practice solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability;
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and governance requirements across finance operations;
• Promote standardised processes and consistent ways of working across multiple business areas;
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner for operational delivery and continuous improvement;
• Support organisational growth and transformation initiatives within a dynamic international environment.

Profile

• Proven experience leading finance operations teams, preferably within shared services;
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including collections, credit management, cash application, and related controls;
• Solid experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications;
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, solve complex operational challenges, and deliver measurable results;
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities;
• Hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused mindset with excellent organisational skills;
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment;
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
