Salary range: up to 36k gross per year

Almada, Lisbon

Hybrid project (2/3 days a week in the office)

What we're looking for:

• Degree or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a similar field;
• At least 2 years of experience in database administration and troubleshooting;
• Experience in at least two database engines (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL);
• Good level of English (minimum, B2 level).

Nice to have:

• Administrator Certified Professional certification;
• Experience in Oracle GoldenGate, DataGuard, Exadata and Linux;
• Knowledge of RAC and Grid Infrastructure.

Your responsibilities:

• Administration, access management, installations, upgrades, migrations and encryption configuration;
• Implementing replication and managing backups to guarantee data integrity and availability;
• Troubleshooting and optimizing database performance;
• Database maintenance in different engines: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL;
• Ensuring compliance with best security practices and legal requirements;
• Willingness to travel to other locations as required.
