Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Hybrid: 2 - 3 times a week on the client's office

Type of Contract: Permanent Contract preferably

Mandatory Languages: French (C1) and English (C1)

Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for Portugal

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) Specialist with extensive experience in ETL processes and fluency in French (C1 level). In this pivotal role, you will play a fundamental part in the integration and management of our data systems, ensuring seamless data flow between various platforms. You will leverage your advanced knowledge of ODI to design and implement complex data integration solutions that meet our business needs. As a Senior ODI Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data requirements, develop comprehensive data models, and optimize ETL processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years proven experience as ODI Specialist with a strong focus on ETL processes.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator and Oracle databases.
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot integration issues effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in French (C1 level) and proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Develop, test, and maintain ETL processes to ensure high-quality data migration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize existing ETL workflows for performance and efficiency.
• Monitor data integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior ODI developers and data engineers.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies throughout all data processes.
