Oracle Cloud ERP Consultants - P2P, O2C, R2R Freelance Onsite (Lisbon, Portugal)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Freelance (Rolling)

Location: Hybrid - Lisbon, Portugal

Roles Available: 3 (One consultant each for P2P, O2C, and R2R workstreams)

We're looking for three experienced Oracle Cloud ERP consultants to join a major implementation project based in Lisbon. You'll take the lead on either the Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Record-to-Report (R2R) stream - helping shape core business processes in a global environment.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, focused on P2P, O2C, or R2R
• Functional knowledge of key Oracle Finance modules - like Payables, Procurement, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, or Costing
• Strong skills in process design, configuration, and end-user support
• Confidence running workshops and working with both business and tech teams
• Comfortable speaking and working in English and Portuguese
• Based in Portugal, with the right to work

What you'll do:

• Own the full cycle of your process stream - from requirements to go-live
• Design and configure Oracle ERP Cloud solutions that fit real-world business needs
• Work closely with technical teams and client stakeholders to keep things running smoothly
• Support testing, training, rollout, and post-go-live phases
• Help document and improve processes along the way
