FlexHero is looking for a motivated Production Reworker to join our team working on NGC bus panels. You'll be working in a precise and quality-driven environment, handling both standard and specialized rework depending on panel deviations. The job is in the south of the Netherlands.

Your tasks will include:

• Preforming products (preparing fabric and cores);
• Sanding and routing using a plunge router;
• Stapling fiberglass materials;
• Performing repairs using resin and gelcoat (paint);
• General handling and preparation of composite panels.

Who are we looking for?

• You have an EU nationality;
• You speak English;
• You have a valid driver's license;
• You are willing to relocate to the Netherlands;
• You have experience in a technical production environment - this is a must;
• You have a stable and consistent CV showing relevant work history;
• You are motivated to learn Dutch, or already speak a bit - this is a strong advantage;
• You are familiar with technical production work - this is a must.
