As Manager of the IT International Service Centre Lisbon, you will be responsible for the operational management of the Centre, namely, for the activities and resources planning to ensure the delivery of the entrusted services.

Description

You will interact with: Corporate IT management to qualify the needs and requirements for a delegation of activities; with the support functions of the Portuguese subsidiary for administrative purposes (HR, General Services, Finance); as well as with Corporate support functions for Reporting, Quality, Process, Security.

Given your knowledge of the IT applications of your scope, you will be expected to actively participate in their evolution to make them more efficient.

You will be responsible for setting-up the technical and human resources needed to assure operation and to develop applications (implementation of application modules, configuration of software packages or technical upgrades) in accordance with the methodologies and standards defined by the company.

You will organize the applications support within your scope.

You will be expected to propose and implement actions to ensure continuous improvement of performance and service rendered and report the benefits of these actions to all third parties involved.

You will establish and manage a sustainable relationship with all internal and external stakeholders within your scope assuring permanent consistency and optimization of costs, quality and deadlines.

You will manage directly and/or be responsible for piloting certain delegated projects; managing the teams (both internal and external) in a permanent effort to optimize, guarantee, and develop internal skills, perpetuate knowledge, and deliver a quality service.

You will provide regular reports to your hierarchy of the means employed and the structuring events, providing the necessary elements for the global management of the information system. In this context, you are expected to propose solutions to solve the problems and to improve the quality of the service.

Profile

Bachelor's degree or master's degree, valuing training in areas related to IT/SI; technical base career with professional experience of minimum 5 years in service management roles. Availability to integrate an international group, which implies mobility for professional trips; good relational and communication skills; fluency in English.
