Your new role 
The operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring an efficient operation and seamless integration of newly acquired clinics into their platform. They will monitor operations, standardize procedures, optimize systems, and ensure adoption of best practices.

What you'll need to succeed 
Experience: 5+ years in operations management, preferably with experience in process implementation / optimization.
Skills: Strong project management, systems integration, and communication skills; 
Education: Bachelor’s/Master in Industrial/Process Engineering, Business, Healthcare Management.
