International real estate and hospitality group with offices in Madrid and Paris, offering premium co-living and flex-living solutions. The company provides full-service housing — including cleaning, maintenance, and customer support — and manages residential assets via lease agreements. Now expanding into Lisbon with a newly launched office and a 240-unit portfolio.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the management and coordination of operations allocated to the Lisbon office, in tasks such as the reception of technical incidents and respective organization of the maintenance team. This professional will also be responsible for contract management, quotation requests, performing negotiations with suppliers, as well as for the management of the direct relation with customers.
This role will report directly to the Country Manager.
What you will need to succeed
More than 5 years of professional experience in similar roles, with preference for the contact with the real estate market. The previous experience in team management roles will be mandatory and the availability to travel within the Lisbon metropolitan area will be required.
Interpersonal skills such as leadership, autonomy, problem-solving, proactivity and teamwork spirit will also be valued. Knowledge of English is required and knowledge of Spanish will be valued.
