Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone with Hospitality/Short-Term Rentals experience, a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, who is curious about technology and passionate about optimizing business operations with AI. This is a hands-on role focused on analyzing internal and external processes for improvements and leading guest relations and operations.


Responsibilities:

End-to-End Operations Management

  • Own daily operations across Edra properties, ensuring seamless execution of stays from pre-arrival to check-out
  • Coordinate and manage cleaning teams, maintenance providers, and external vendors
  • Ensure properties are always guest-ready and meet high-quality standards
  • Troubleshoot operational issues in real time (e.g., maintenance failures, guest incidents, logistics issues)
  • Continuously improve SOPs and operational workflows across all properties


Guest Experience & Communication

  • Act as a key point of ownership for guest experience before and during stays
  • Ensure fast, high-quality responses to guest requests, issues, and special needs
  • Handle escalations, complaints, and sensitive situations with professionalism and judgment
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest journey (before, during, after stay)
  • Maintain consistency with Edra's tone, positioning, and service standards


Operational Systems & Process Optimization

  • Analyze internal workflows (guest communication, cleaning coordination, issue resolution) and identify inefficiencies
  • Design and implement scalable processes to improve speed, quality, and reliability
  • Standardize operations across properties while adapting to each property's constraints
  • Monitor operational KPIs (response time, issue resolution, guest satisfaction, turnaround efficiency)


AI Integration & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational and guest communication tasks using AI and no-code tools
  • Implement and manage AI-driven workflows (e.g., guest messaging, internal task routing, data enrichment)
  • Collaborate with Unlimit's tech team to deploy and improve AI tools (chatbots, automation flows, internal systems)
  • Train and refine Edra's proprietary AI systems using real operational and guest data
  • Measure the impact of automation on efficiency, cost, and guest experience


Strategic & Expansion Support

  • Contribute to scaling operations across new properties and geographies
  • Support documentation and insights for fundraising and expansion initiatives
  • Provide on-the-ground operational input for strategic decisions
  • Stay informed on hospitality, PropTech, and AI trends relevant to Edra

Languages:

Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).


Skills:

  • 4-10 years of experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, or similar operational environments
  • Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (cleaning, maintenance, guests, vendors)
  • Excellent problem-solving under pressure and in real-time situations
  • High attention to detail and operational reliability
  • Experience managing or improving operational processes

  • Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
