Our client is a renowned Real Estate Development and Investment Company specializing in commercial spaces, based in Lisbon. Their operations span property acquisitions, renovations, property management, and consultancy services. They are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage the administrative and operational aspects of the organization.


Descrição da Função

This professional will ensure the efficient execution of business activities and real estate projects while aligning with the strategic decisions and vision of the Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee administrative and operational processes related to project execution, property acquisitions, and construction.
- Coordinate and align technical, commercial, and administrative teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Implement and monitor strategies and decisions established by the Partners, providing regular reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlighting potential challenges.
- Address operational challenges promptly, escalating critical issues when necessary.
- Manage real estate project planning, budgeting, and execution in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements for all projects.
- Manage contracts, documentation, and administrative functions to ensure compliance and organization.
- Supervise property management activities, including rentals, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Support the operational aspects of property acquisitions and sales, ensuring smooth processes and due diligence.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align property sales strategies with the Partners’ objectives.
- Oversee the quality of consultancy and management services provided to third-party clients.
- Monitor operational budgets and financial performance, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Lead and guide administrative and operational teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.


Perfil do Candidato

- Degree in Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in property management, ideally in commercial real estate. Experience with real estate development or investment firms is a plus.
- Highly proactive and dynamic, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Organized and detail-oriented professional.
- Excellent communication skills, both in English and Portuguese.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
