As Teladoc Health continues to expand its global reach and enhance our ability to provide virtual care worldwide, we are currently recruiting an Operations & Transformation Lead to work from our Lisbon office.

The Operations & Transformation Lead will be responsible for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization. This role focuses on optimizing processes, leading transformation initiatives, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while balancing cost, speed, compliance, and customer experience.

The role acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement operational improvement and transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Optimize end-to-end operational processes across key functions (Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Customer Service).
• Drive service quality, efficiency, and scalability through KPI and SLA management.
• Monitor operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, governance, and delivery.
• Implement and standardize project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure operational processes comply with legal, regulatory, and internal governance requirements.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into actionable solutions, and oversee implementation.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing scope creep.
• Support senior leadership with data-driven insights, user research, and operational recommendations.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements:

• Engineering / Business Administration degree.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, transformation, consulting, or project management roles.
• Strong understanding of operational excellence, process optimization, and change management.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, in both written and verbal form.
