As Teladoc Health continues to expand its global reach and enhance our ability to provide virtual care worldwide, we are currently recruiting an Operations & Product Manager to work from our Lisbon office.

As part of a dynamic International Team, the Operations & Product Manager will play a central role within the Operations Department, working closely with the Country Manager and other support teams to ensure the success of delivering global digital healthcare solutions as industry leaders, as well as driving internal transformation projects as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will drive operations and innovation to bring our organization to the next level of sophistication and success by:

• Designing and implementing key strategic opportunities for digitalization and transformation across the organization in close collaboration with the Country Manager and Senior Leadership Team.
• Designing and implementing an array of programs and initiatives to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of operations in key functions (incl. IT, HR, Finance etc.) and their interactions with other Business Units.
• Improving and further developing services delivered while keeping quality, cost, speed and effectiveness in productive balance.
• Increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty through the design and implementation of customer-specific processes and solutions.
• Examining financial data and using it to improve profitability.
• Performing quality controls and monitoring service KPIs/SLAs.
• Work closely with the business to drive service improvement ideas, evaluate business benefits and design suitable solutions to be seen as a trusted advisor.
• Holding requirements gathering sessions, following up on action items, reporting project status, and ownership of project documentation.
• Leading and ensuring implementation of industry standard project management structure, tools and functions across the business.
• Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices to ensure the organization remains legally compliant.
• Managing scope creep and communicating with stakeholders on feasibility and effort analysis.
• Supporting the Senior Leadership Team to evolve Teladoc Health's proposition and its project and product roadmap through user research and key user insights.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Engineering / Business Administration degree.
• The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of management consulting experience or more than 5 years of previous experience in Operations and/or project management.
• MBA or Executive Education in a Business School is a plus.
• Experience in operational and organizational optimization projects would be an advantage.
• Significant business acumen in project planning and management.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, in both written and verbal form.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, along with strong resourcefulness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building and managing long-term customer and stakeholder relationships.
