Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies.

We are looking for a Operational Excellence Officer for this project!

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and support Operational Excellence processes across Finance, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Sourcing, workforce evolution, and compliance with Group standards
• Coordinate meetings governance, including preparation of decks, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
• Support change management initiatives and track the implementation of the Target Operating Model
• Collect, consolidate, analyse, and report operational and performance data (KPIs)
• Respond to ad hoc requests and contribute to new operational or transformation initiatives

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
