We are looking for a Operational Business Analyst

Main tasks

• Ensure the operational functioning of the CRAC squad, particularly within the integration flows scope.
• Provide responsive support to users of the perimeter applications, addressing functional needs and daily issues.
• Organize and deliver training sessions for end users to support new features, processes or tool evolutions.
• Follow up on IT and administrative incidents, ensuring proper escalation and resolution.
• Monitor accounting flows within the CRAC scope and guarantee data quality.
• Administer and support the evolution of reporting tools, including configuration and functional improvements.
• Identify and propose productivity gains, optimizing processes and tool usage.
• Contribute to the quality system organization for application administration and functional processes.
• Work closely with Finance and Risk departments to support IS improvements and ensure alignment with operational needs.
• Provide expertise during project phases: analysis, acceptance testing, user training, and process documentation.
• Anticipate the impact of projects on reporting systems and ensure smooth integration within the CRAC perimeter.
• Maintain a strong understanding of reporting tools, workflows, Finance IS, and user needs.

Your Profile and Skills

Experience & Background

• Higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT or Financial project management, business analysis, or functional support.
• Mandatory experience in administration of relational database tools.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Finance/Reporting environments.
• Good understanding of Finance concepts, accounting flows and processes.
• Knowledge of reporting tools and functional administration.
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL-related environments).

Soft Skills

• Client focused mindset with strong customer care attitude.
• Excellent team interaction and collaboration capabilities.
• Self motivated, proactive and able to manage changing priorities.
• Strong organization, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working under pressure, with good stress management.
• Excellent listening and questioning skills to challenge, clarify and understand business needs.

• Hybrid work model, with presence required in either Lisbon or Porto, depending on candidate location.
