Our client is a multinational company working in an innovative company on a mission to make the client's experience and consumer journey more memorable. Currently they are looking to hire an Operations Analyst to join their Lisbon Offices.

Principais responsabilidades

• Support various operational tasks within the company.
• Assist in managing Purchase Orders efficiently.
• Aid in the creation of Excel sheets and ensure their timely delivery to laboratories.
• Insert metadata/images into hardware supplier portals accurately.
• Handle the downloading and uploading of files for independent titles for encoding in our laboratory.

Perfil desejado

• Proficiency in English (Native or C2 proficiency level).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly recommended.
• Previous experience in metadata insertion and/or operational tasks is preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel database management is recommended.
