A company in the textile industry is seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to fill the role of Office Manager.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, as well as develop their employees. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office, including facilities management and supplies inventory;
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures that support the company's culture and values;
- Manage office budgets, including tracking expenses and negotiating vendor contracts;
- Coordinate office events;
- Oversee office technology and equipment (computers, printers and telephones);
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies and equipment as needed.
In addiction, you're looking for an ambitious profile that would also accept this challenges: - Manage HR-related tasks (support recruiting and onboarding of new employees, maintain employee files and records, schedule required training sessions, among others);
- Manage employee performance evaluation process and provide guidance to managers.
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor degree in business administration, human resources or related field is an advantage;
- Previous experience as as office manager;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Proficiency with MsOffice and other software (Personio, BambooHR or SAP);
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
