What You'll Do

• Support the daily coordination of office activities and needs.
• Be a key point of contact within the office, contributing to a welcoming and well-organized environment.
• Assist the Office Management team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Monitor, organize, and restock office supplies and materials.
• Support basic supplier logistics (orders, deliveries, etc.).
• Help maintain the office space organized, functional, and ready for daily use.
• Assist in the preparation of internal events, meetings, and workshops.
• Support documentation and simple process organization as part of your learning journey.
