Our client is currently looking to hire an Office Assistant who can support the daily office operations along with managing the suppliers. Reporting to the Operations Director you will be a key point of contact for the entire team.
Description
Reporting to the Office Director your main responsibilities will be:
Insure that the office is running smoothly;
Be the point of contact between the Director and the rest of the team;
Responsible for the liaison with the suppliers ensuring the appropriate costs control, price negotiation and accurate orders;
Support the ongoing project of the Office expansion;
Project Management;
Organisation of events with the events team;
Other Administrative duties ensuring all office requirements are met.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
BA Degree in relevant areas;
Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory;
Proven experience working as Office Manager;
Experience in office renovation or project management will be considered a plus;
Great communication and negotiation skills;
Problem solving attitude;
Ability to manage priority and work under pressure;
Proficiency in MS Office tools;
Availability to work at the office.
