Support the roll out and implementation of the Global ERP program ensuring that the core Order to Cash Global processes are adhered to and contribute to continuous improvements initiatives and stabilisation actions to secure the run of SBS centers where CORE processes are impacted.

Description

• Own the Order-to cash end-to-end business processes and ensure constant alignment with solutions, adequacy and efficiency.
• Own the business documentation for Order-to-cash: business key principles and flowcharts, training materials, change management key messages.
• Ensure core model covers full end to end processes
• Drive the fit & gap phase of the ERP and CORE model implementation: share order to cash Finance core model process handbook; assess the gaps between the CORE processes and the local processes; propose workarounds to close the gaps, support arbitration meetings with the country and project leadership.
• Identify areas of change and support change management plan designs and roll out.
• Ensure stakeholder core model buy in and adherence
• Manage the Order-to-cash business team supporting the design and the delivery, in coordination with other parties involved in the project.
• Ability to work collaboratively across global teams, departments and with peer Global Business Process Owners in Finance, Supply, Food, TD&D, etc. to ensure consistency and coordination on transversal business processes.
• Regular feedback and assessment of process efficient to key stakeholders, including regular governance meetings with region CFOs.
• Work closely with Shared Business Services Order to Cash domain lead.

Profile

• Strong background in finance with at least 10 years of accountancy/Order-to-Cash experience
• Fluent in English is a must, any other language being appreciated
• Preferably Hackett green belt qualified
• Experience in a Shared Service Centre/GBS environment
• Experience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality, process performance review and compliance
• Strong analytical skills to identify gaps, suggest improvements, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Experience in large-scale ERP implementation and transformation program.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• SAP S/4 HANA and MS SoDynamix (D365) knowledge to facilitate dialogue with TD&D colleagues and Consultants
