Descrição da Função

We are recruiting for a prestigious shared services center in the financial sector, currently looking for an O2C Global Process Lead Retail, with a specific focus on On-Site Cash. This role is part of the finance team responsible for the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring efficient management of all transactions from the moment a customer places an order until payment is received.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process ownership Lead and optimize the Order to Cash cycle, with a strong focus on cash management in retail operations (restaurants and sites).
  • Reconciliation and control Ensure all transactions (cash, card, app, etc.) are accurately recorded and reconciled in the accounting system.
  • Continuous improvement Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration Work closely with specialized areas such as Collections, Billing, and Receive & Apply, as well as other finance and operational teams.
  • Performance monitoring Define and track KPIs, dashboards, and reports to ensure process integrity and quality.
  • ERP program participation Actively contribute to ERP transformation and implementation projects, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder management Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure alignment on process changes.
  • Compliance and control Guarantee that all process redesigns comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

 

Profile

  • Experience 35 years in accounting/finance, ideally in retail, catering, or cash management.
  • Technical knowledge
    • Cash and revenue reconciliation.
    • Familiarity with POS systems and transaction flows.
    • Experience in Shared Services and ERP transformation/implementation projects.
  • Preferred skills
    • Knowledge of SAP (ECC6, S4/HANA) and D365.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Ability to apply continuous process improvement concepts and tools.
  • Soft skills Highly organized, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
