Experis is recruiting an O&M Manager (M/F) for a leading company in the energy sector, specializing in innovative solutions for the energy transition. With projects executed worldwide, this company focuses on energy generation, transmission, and distribution, ensuring quality, reliability, and sustainability. This position will be based in Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan, monitor, control, and manage all activities of the O&M team at the power plant;
Define requirements and establish KPIs for operation and maintenance;
Identify and manage project risks, ensuring the execution of critical plant tasks;
Implement and oversee maintenance planning;
Ensure optimal performance of the power plant and the work team;
Continuously balance project demands in terms of time, cost, scope, and quality;
Regularly report results and progress to Production Administration and General Administration.
Candidate Profile:
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Energy Generation sector;
Experience in O&M management of power generation plants;
Experience in contract management;
Experience in team coordination and management;
Experience in commissioning, operations, and assembly;
Fluency in English (spoken and written);
Ability to plan and manage teams;
Results-oriented and capable of effectively managing customer expectations;
Proficiency in Budget Control;
Availability to work abroad (mandatory).
