We're looking for Norwegian or Swedish-speaking talent to join our multilingual team in sunny Lisbon, Portugal! If you're passionate about hospitality, tech, and creating great customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you!


Your Role:


  • Provide 1st-line technical support to customers in the hospitality industry
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely, quickly, and effectively
  • Help maintain system performance through diagnostic testing and problem-solving
  • Educate users and empower them to resolve common issues independently


What We're Looking For:


  • Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish (C1-C2) and a strong level of English
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in customer support (especially remote support)
  • Background in network operations or hospitality tech is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment
