We're looking for Norwegian or Swedish-speaking talent to join our multilingual team in sunny Lisbon, Portugal! If you're passionate about hospitality, tech, and creating great customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you!
Your Role:
- Provide 1st-line technical support to customers in the hospitality industry
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely, quickly, and effectively
- Help maintain system performance through diagnostic testing and problem-solving
- Educate users and empower them to resolve common issues independently
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish (C1-C2) and a strong level of English
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in customer support (especially remote support)
- Background in network operations or hospitality tech is a plus
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment
