Descrição de funções: About The Role
The purpose of the role is to develop the On Trade Channel with a view to sales growth, in line with the defined objectives and creating strong relationships with the assigned Key Accounts Managers, as well as Field Sales Executives, considering the Channel strategy. To this end, they will execute the account strategy with the collaboration of the entire business development team.
In This Role You ‘ll • Deliver exceptional results for the On Trade (retail) Channel and Client’s through a sustained commitment to priority outcomes; • Ensure we identify and effectively exploit all opportunities to extract value for us and for the customers; • Deep dive on business insight to support the decision making process; • Deliver maximized ROI through properly controlled and led customer's P&L in line with Trade Terms and Net Revenue Management principles; • Adhere to consistent business processes and clear ways of working; • Become the category captain to our key customers, making the shopper purchase easy, accessible and available; • Enhance distribution and ensure a big launch for future’s innovations; • Ensure brilliant execution of differentiated customer plans, through deep understanding and awareness of competitor strategies and activities; • Ensure capabilities and behaviors are embedded and sustained through ongoing role-modelling and coaching. You will be responsible for managing an entire On Trade Sales Team.
You will be the decision maker for P&L accountability at Customer level, customers annual agreements negotiations and On-Trade customer strategy/Business Plan. Also, for investment allocation to drive profitable and sustainable growth and Business Performance Management.
You 'll drive Innovation launch – distribution, visibility, communication and promo plan;
You'll be defining resource allocation and customer Value chain management, together with deployment of selling tools and journey planning.

Requisitos: About You
You are an outstanding strategic relationship builder with ability to plan strategically with customers and jump from the strategy to the implementation. You have strong negotiation skills and you're highly commercially aware, creative with financial and analytical skills. You're a positive individual, able to create new possibilities and navigate through ambiguity. Ability to gain momentum and to inspire change internally and externally. Strong team spirit and unconditional collaboration mentality.
You Have • Minimum 8 up to 10 years of account management experience in a Commercial function, preferably of the FMCG sector/ beverage industry. • A BSc/MSc degree of a high academic institution would be considered a plus. • Fluency in English & Portuguese • High numerical literacy
