Role Overview:

We are looking for Monitoring & Observability Specialists to join one of our Nearshore Teams, working for multinational clients from various European countries.

We are creating a new Observability Team, which will collaborate daily with other teams from the Conclusion ecosystem in the Netherlands and other European locations.

What you will do:

• Design, implement and configure monitoring and observability solutions;
• Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of critical IT services;
• Build, maintain, and optimize the client's observability ecosystem;
• Maintain and configure platforms to ensure continuous monitoring excellence;
• Deploy and configure Dynatrace monitoring solutions across various environments;
• Utilize Dynatrace tools to monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization;
• Implement effective alerting and incident response mechanisms using Dynatrace.
• Provide technical expertise and support to colleagues working directly with customers.

What you are like:

• Hands-on experience in Monitoring and Observability projects, from design to implementation and configuration of systems;
• Knowledge in Monitoring and Observability tools such as Prometheus, Zabbix, Nagios, Dynatrace, Datadog, etc.;
• In-depth understanding of the Dynatrace platform, including its components, architecture, and features, is highly valued;
• Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Dynatrace monitoring solutions in diverse environments is highly valued;
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or others for automating tasks related to Dynatrace configuration and optimization is a plus;
• Proficiency in English.
