Description

• Lead, motivate, and develop the Middle Office Cash Payments team, providing mentorship and facilitating knowledge transfer to build expertise across all levels;
• Manage daily operations;
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Ensure seamless daily business activities, uphold high service standards, and maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements;
• Drive process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives; prepare management reports and KPIs to support informed decision-making;
• Lead or support projects including system migrations and regulatory changes, collaborating closely with the HQ team and external partners.

Profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in fund operations, middle office, transaction processing, or a similar area, including leadership or coordination responsibilities;
• Ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members;
• Hands-on approach, demonstrating excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities;
• Exceptional communication skills;
• Solid understanding of financial instruments;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, with experience in accounting systems;
• Fluent in English.
