Position: SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune Specialist

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Type: Fulltime, Hybrid from Lisbon (2-3 days onsite per week)

Languages: English (B2 minimum); French (minimum B1 - is a plus)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team, with specialized knowledge in bank transfers and the SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) framework. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, compliance, and innovation of our payment processes. Your focus will be on optimizing bank transfer workflows, ensuring SEPA compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune environments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
• Proficiency in device management (MDM, MAM) and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience.
• Familiarity with data management principles and user-centered design.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• English (minimum B2)
• Availability for a hybrid working model, based in Lisbon.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-101, MD-101, or similar).
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Understanding of ITIL processes for efficient support management.
• French (minimum B1)

Key Responsabilities:

• Manage and maintain SCCM/MECM infrastructure, ensuring seamless user experiences during application, operating system, and update deployments.
• Design and implement streamlined deployment processes to minimize disruptions for end users.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Intune, focusing on MDM (Mobile Device Management) and MAM (Mobile Application Management) policies.
• Ensure secure and efficient device management, allowing users easy access to necessary resources.
• Optimize and administer Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive to enhance productivity and user satisfaction.
• Customize and maintain M365 applications for efficiency and user-friendly experiences.
• Develop and deliver user training, tailored to user needs and preferences.
• Ensure efficient data organization and develop intuitive data visualization solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Adopt a user-centered approach for all deployed solutions, integrating user feedback into design.
• Conduct user workshops and usability tests to refine tools and processes.
• Implement robust security policies using tools like Azure AD and Microsoft Defender, balancing compliance and usability.
• Prepare and distribute weekly reports on the status of application versions across the user environment.
• Identify outdated or incompatible applications and propose action plans for updates or replacements.
