Position Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect

Work Model: Hybrid - remote with occasional travel to Portugal

Engagement Type: Freelance Contract (12+ months)

Position Overview

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to provide architectural leadership across a diverse portfolio of internal and external initiatives. This strategic role involves owning and shaping the Dynamics 365 solution landscape, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide technology and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture of Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple concurrent projects
• Ensure all solution designs align with corporate IT strategy, enterprise architecture principles, and data standards
• Define and maintain a robust architectural framework to support ongoing development and innovation
• Provide technical support to continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as the primary architectural authority for Dynamics 365 across internal departments and external partners
• Coordinate integration with ERP, HR, and other connected platforms
• Promote architectural governance and ensure adherence to best practices across the programme lifecycle
• Support scalable implementation programmes

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience leading architectural design in large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations
• Strong experience within both B2B and B2C environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across distributed and cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills are an advantage)
• Willingness to travel to Portugal as required (all travel expenses covered)
