Your Mission
Join a dynamic international team to design, build, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Contact Centre solutions. You will play a key role in delivering scalable, integrated, and intelligent customer engagement platforms, leveraging Power Platform, Azure, and cloud integrations.
? What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Microsoft and cross-functional teams to design and configure D365 CRM solutions
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM (PCF controls, plugins, web resources, JavaScript)
- Build and enhance Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Admin Centre)
- Design and implement integrations between D365, Azure services, and AWS ecosystem
- Develop custom APIs to support automation and system interoperability
- Configure and manage Azure Communication Services & Event Grid (CCaaS scenarios)
- Design and enhance chatbot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Support voice channel integrations and event-driven architectures
- Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and backlog alignment
What You Bring
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Service / Contact Centre)
- Hands-on expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Proven development experience in PCF, plugins, JavaScript, and web resources
- Solid understanding of API design and integration best practices
- Experience with Azure services (Communication Services, Event Grid)
- Knowledge of chatbot development (Copilot Studio)
- Experience with hybrid cloud integrations (Azure + AWS)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks
