Your Mission

Join a dynamic international team to design, build, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Contact Centre solutions. You will play a key role in delivering scalable, integrated, and intelligent customer engagement platforms, leveraging Power Platform, Azure, and cloud integrations.


? What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Microsoft and cross-functional teams to design and configure D365 CRM solutions
  • Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM (PCF controls, plugins, web resources, JavaScript)
  • Build and enhance Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Admin Centre)
  • Design and implement integrations between D365, Azure services, and AWS ecosystem
  • Develop custom APIs to support automation and system interoperability
  • Configure and manage Azure Communication Services & Event Grid (CCaaS scenarios)
  • Design and enhance chatbot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Support voice channel integrations and event-driven architectures
  • Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and backlog alignment


What You Bring

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Service / Contact Centre)
  • Hands-on expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Proven development experience in PCF, plugins, JavaScript, and web resources
  • Solid understanding of API design and integration best practices
  • Experience with Azure services (Communication Services, Event Grid)
  • Knowledge of chatbot development (Copilot Studio)
  • Experience with hybrid cloud integrations (Azure + AWS)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks
