Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies.

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer for this project!

Responsabilities

• Maintain and support global Microsoft 365 platforms, including updates, upgrades, migrations, patching, and deployments.
• Deliver 3rd/4th level support and act as subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 services.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and operational excellence in collaboration with infrastructure and security teams.
• Manage and improve automation tools (e.g., provisioning portal in Azure DevOps) and maintain operational documentation.
• Collaborate across multiple entities, driving changue and ensuring knowledge transfer to L2 support teams.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in L3/L4 support for Microsoft 365, including large-scale SharePoint environments.
• Strong expertise in hybrid M365 environments, federated authentication, and enterprise messaging infrastructures.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Azure DevOps, C# development, and Terraform.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance (Purview, Defender) and Information Security best practices.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to operate independently in international environments.
