Your new company
We are working with a company in the pharmaceutical industry, dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes through innovative products and solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Representative Cardio-Renal to join Sales team during 6 montas to participate in the launch of a new product.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

Your new responsibilities
- Promote and sell the new product to doctors in hospitals in the Lisbon area and surroundings;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinon leaders and healthcare professionals to enhance product awareness and increase cales;
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and clinical data of our products;
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies;
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies;
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory management in the CRM sustem;
- Provide ongoing education and support to healthcare professionals regarding product usage and benefits;
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance professional knowledge and company visibility;
- Develop the KAM plan for your territory and budget allocation.

What do you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in medical sales or a related field, 3, 5 or more years of experience in the role.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of the KAM approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
