Main Goals

• Learn about the machines;
• Create a Preventive Maintenance Plan;
• Perform and manage maintenance;
• Train your team;
• Reduce downtime;
• Troubleshoot and identify problems;
• Manage spare parts and consumables;
• Ensure machine safety;
• Assess infrastructure improvements.

Experience You Bring

• Experience in technical maintenance and management;
• Knowledge of VFFS packing machines and multi-head scales;
• Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Problem-solving, team-building, and leadership skills;
• Bonus Expertise in plumbing and electrical works.
