A sua nova função

The Master Scheduler is responsible for aligning customer demands with production activities to ensure smooth operations on the shop floor.

• Serve as the liaison between customer requirements and production planning
• Develop monthly Sales & Operations Planning to optimize resources including personnel, machines, materials, and supplier readiness
• Lead the Master Production Scheduling to stabilize production flows while accommodating customer demand fluctuations
• Monitor inventory pools and safety stock levels
• Ensure procurement processes and sequencing align with production planning
• Maintain proactive communication with customers
• Manage alert systems for potential supply chain disruptions

O que necessita para ser bem sucedido

• Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production within an industrial setting
• Proficient in English
• Skilled in SAP and Excel
• Knowledgeable in Production Scheduling, Pull Systems, and delivery principles
