• A multinational company building a new Regional Shared Service Centre.
• This role requires expertise in Master Data Management.

Description

• Configure and develop Master Data Management solutions, mainly using Informatica PIM - Product 360.
• Build and maintain workflows, data quality rules, and data flows.
• Ensure proper testing, deployment, and stability across DEV, ACC, and PROD environments.
• Support the rollout of the PIM solution across several European markets.
• Set up and manage hotfolders, endpoints, and message queues.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to turn requirements into MDM solutions.
• Follow Agile/Scrum practices, participating in sprints and regular meetings.
• Monitor application performance and make technical improvements.
• Perform basic database analysis and optimization.
• Develop simple automations using Java and JavaScript.
• Occasionally support UiPath and Power BI initiatives.
• Identify and implement continuous process and tool improvements.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (IT, Computer Science, Data, Engineering, or similar).
• Experience or strong knowledge of Informatica PIM - Product 360.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, and SQL, with experience in database analysis and optimization.
• Experience with version control tools (Git) and API testing.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a strong focus on efficiency and quality.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills within international environments.
• Interest in automation, process optimization, and end-to-end solutions.
