Your new role
Global Operational Services (GOPS) is a global unit with 1,900 employees, located in over 43 countries worldwide, that delivers sustainable business value to Essity and our customers, by driving group wide operational efficiencies through Global Business Services (GBS), Essity IT and Global Sourcing. GBS is a key support organization to Essity and consists of different service lines carrying out operational services such as Financial Services, Customer Administration Services, Sourcing Administration Services, HR Services, Master Data Services, IT support and Facility Management.
As a Master Data Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Deliver high quality master data according to agreed standards and secure that data management processes are followed;
- Create, maintain and delete master data accurately (and in time);
- Secure quality of data, by performing data validation;
- Coordinate with relevant functions and act upon requirements to ensure accurate data collection and processing;
- Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders;
- Document business processes for related master data;
- Secure that master data processes are followed;
- Participate and provide input to relevant stakeholder networks, to improve the master data process and support agreed activities (including the remaining MDS line);
- Support others with master data expertise (include providing master data process trainings);
- Provide data to support related analysis;
- Identify and propose improvement opportunities;
- Work in several systems: SAP, Product Content Hub, MDG, etc;
- Work in ServEss ticketing system – solving issues and keeping SLA’s.
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistic or system profile (or equivalent experience);
- 3+ years of experience in information systems, supply chain, accounts payable, accounts receivable or customer service;
- Knowledge in SAP, Microsoft tools and Master Data Management;
- Used to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing operational environment;
- Ability to manage deadlines;
- Deliver with quality and speed, foster learning agility in self and others, trust and empower;
- Global Perspective;
- Self-driven, Communicates Effectively, Team player with the proven ability in strong collaboration;
- Fluent in English - verbal and written.
