The Marketing Manager will lead the company's digital marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition across international markets. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, and Operations, the role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across content, SEO, email marketing, partnerships, and performance analysis.
Description
- Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimise the company's digital presence across the website, social media channels, and partner platforms.
- Create, update, and optimise website content, landing pages, blogs, and other digital assets.
- Lead SEO, GEO and AEO initiatives, ensuring the brand remains visible across traditional search engines and AI-driven search platforms.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, marketing automation workflows, and lead nurturing programmes.
- Drive customer acquisition and lead generation activities through both organic and paid channels.
- Plan and implement seasonal marketing campaigns to support commercial objectives and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop compelling content and storytelling strategies.
- Manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, strategic partners, and media contacts.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics including traffic, conversions, ROI, CAC, and engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Manage the marketing budget and provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior leadership.
- Work closely with the Sales team to optimise the customer journey and maximise conversion opportunities.
Profile
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably within travel, hospitality, leisure, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
- Proven experience managing websites, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics (GA4), CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and emerging AI-driven search technologies.
- Experience working in an international environment would be highly valued.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
